Thanks for the warm welcome, we would love to stay here again. The venue is ideal and simple with exceptionally nice staff. Marvellous location to Brighton centre, you can walk everywhere. The hotel rooms are modest with a double bed, WiFi, a continental breakfast.

Thanks guys for a really nice stay for a night. The location is in a great and lovely spot in the center of Brighton. There is dessert restaurant Vero Gusto Bakery, set 500 metres walk away. The building is very cozy and the rooms are modest. The breakfast choices are good with fruit and fresh pastries.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a lovely stay for one night. The breakfast was superb, such variety, with fresh pastries and pancakes and scones. The stuff was fantastic friendly and amiable all day long. Good location, the public parking was available. The hotel itself was in a communal lounge area, near to the Brighton pier and the sea as well as railway station, buses and town centre.
The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

The breakfast was satisfactory with many options, the best we had in Brighton. The double room was budget for a very good value, the bed was comfy. The location was great and fab - ease of access to The Lanes.

It was in an incredible location with Brighton Wheel nearby. This hotel was in a communal lounge area right by the beach and big pier, and Brighton for NYE.

Loved my really enjoyable stay for 2 nights. Stayed in a neat and compact room with its own shower. The location was central, close to 2 minutes walking from Brighton Pier, the beach and North Laine. Cafeteria Frankie's Grinder located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Having different soft drinks in the lounge bar was a very nice touch.

Loved the stay, it was very enjoyable for a night. They gave us a basic room with shower at the end of the bed, a double bed, as for instance. The pleasant staff members provided a few recommendations. Stunning location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Besides, the area was fairly nice, next to Grosvenor Casino Brighton.
