Thanks guys for a really nice stay for a night. The location is in a great and lovely spot in the center of Brighton. There is dessert restaurant Vero Gusto Bakery, set 500 metres walk away. The building is very cozy and the rooms are modest. The breakfast choices are good with fruit and fresh pastries.

The stuff was fantastic friendly and amiable all day long. Good location, the public parking was available. The hotel itself was in a communal lounge area, near to the Brighton pier and the sea as well as railway station, buses and town centre.
The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.
